@Hauwa Abashiya reported that @joedolson made an update to the Accessibility Handbook: How to Report Accessibility Issues. A note added about finding existing tickets and commenting at the top, and added an item about reporting block editor/full site editing issues, as well as some formatting/language adjustments.
