GB sync update 

@mamaduka has been working on fixing issues found when opening the initial PR for this. The PR is ready for another review. There is an issue causing the wp-polyfill script being bundled but is not a blocker for the sync.

WordPress 6.8 Roadmap

@krupaly2k was still working on this with support from @jeffpaul and feedback from release squad members. The Roadmap to 6.8 post was published following the meeting.
